The penile prosthesis cylinders in the penis are made with a material called Bioflex which lasts 3 times longer than silicon yet has the feel of living tissue. The tubing that connects the reservoir, cylinders and pump are made with silicon. The entire penile prosthesis is hidden under the skin making everything look natural.
